PROJECT SUMMARY
Freja ejendomme A/S acquires, develops and sells properties from the Danish state and regions. Most of these properties require a new plan for local development (which requires municipal approval) to be sold and used in new ways.Freja therefore works together with many Danish municipalities, and it is very important to Freja that this collaboration goes smoothly. Freja has asked Hauxner to carry out an evaluation that will provide new, systematic knowledge of how this collaboration works and how it can be improved. Based on this evaluation and our recommendations, we are helping Freja to strengthen their cooperation with municipalities by developing a range of tools that expand Freja's 'toolbox' and provide greater insight into the municipal reality.
The evaluation is based on 24 qualitative interviews with a total of 32 chief executives, urban architects and planners in 18 selected municipalities.

Evaluation of Freja's collaboration with municipalities based on qualitative interviews, case descriptions and development meetings with Freja’s project leaders.
Developing and designing a toolbox that will strengthen Freja’s understanding of and collaboration with the municipalities on new district plans.
Production of an internal evaluation report and an external publication for Freja’s partners.
